It is in Frelighsburg, in Estrie, that a small but grandiose enclosure is hidden, on the site of one of the oldest orchards in Quebec which extends its 35 ha at an altitude of 220 meters on the sunny slopes of Mont Pinacle, a superb hilly landscape where biodiversity rubs shoulders with production. The products produced there are of high quality and made with respect and love for nature. Rural life at its best.
