The tenant must provide employment references as well as a full credit report (Equifax or equivalent) to the landlord's satisfaction. A liability insurance policy of $2 million will be required before moving in to ensure adequate protection. Smoking or consuming cannabis inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Pets are not allowed. Subletting is not permitted. The tenant agrees to return the unit in the same condition as upon arrival, considering normal wear and tear.
