The tenant must provide proof tenant insurance (2 million dollars $) and provide proof of Hydro account under their name before the occupancy date. The tenant must provide a credit check report and a letter of employment at his or her own expense. The amount will be deducted from the first months rent. Application form and credit check must be submitted with all promises to lease.
