All electrical appliances and furnitures do not come with a legal warranty. If the electrical appliances or furnitures are damaged, the lessee is obliged to repair or replace them by himself and must inform the landlord.(except normal wear) If the landlord already hires a lawn maintenance company before sign the lease, the lessee is responsible for the cost of mowing the lawn.
