This agricultural and forested land comprises 107 acres, the cleared portion of which is located off Antoine-Boucher Road. This property is located near Klock and Perry Roads, across from the Golf des Vieux-Moulins. The lot has no erected buildings and consists mainly of forest and grassland. According to the study conducted in spring 2024, the absence of chorus frogs was confirmed on the site after the installation of eight listening stations identified no vocalizations. This suburban area allows all agricultural activities excluding lifestock, including beekeeping and animal aquaculture. Forestry and turf production are also permitted.
