The building is non-smoking and pets are prohibited. Despite legalization, the use of cannabis and all drugs in the unit and on balconies is prohibited. The tenant may not sublet or rent the building, in whole or in part, on a short or medium-term basis. The tenant may not make any changes to the color of the walls or floors or of any other nature without the written authorization of the landlord. All applications will be subject to a credit and background check. The tenant must provide proof of $2,000,000.00 liability insurance and a Hydro Québec account.
