Rental conditions. - Credit check and proof of employment to landlord's satisfaction. - Proof of 2 million liability insurance, in the name of the Tenant, mandatory for the duration of the lease and valid upon signature of the lease. - No pets - No sublets or AirBNB-type short-term rentals - Non-smoking house: tobacco, cannabis, electronic cigarettes, etc. - No storage on balconies or stairs The tenants declare that they have read, understood, and accepted the following terms, which are deemed to be an integral part of the lease agreement for the Apartment. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Tenants must respect other occupants of the
